Orders are shipped by us within 2 business days (MONDAY – FRIDAY 10:00 – 17:00) except during busy periods where orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on (the following) Monday if it is a business day.
When your order is delivered to the courier company, you will receive an email notification with the shipment number (tracking code). With this number you can track the progress of your shipment through the courier company’s email address.
Shipping costs are €5.00.
Shipping costs are free for any purchase over €40.00.
The cost of cash on delivery is €4.50.
Please note that when you place an order with PAYMENT ON DELIVERY, in order for your order to be executed, we will first make a phone call to the phone number you provided, in order to confirm the order and that your information is real.
Parcel loss
Mouzalia Design Studio is not responsible for any delay in delivery or loss of your package due to the shipping company/courier. In case you do not receive it within a reasonable period of time (up to 7 days from the delivery by us to the Courier company), Mouzalia Design Studio will carry out a check with the courier, which may take up to 15 days. During this period, no compensation or shipment will be possible. If there is no update within 15 days, the order is canceled, so if you have paid by credit/debit card, direct debit or paypal, the amount will be refunded.
